Dan's Fan City in Ocoee, Florida

I cannot recommend Dan's Fan City. I went into the store, I liked 2 of their fans and purchased them with install. I was told I would be contacted no later than Tuesday by the installer. I didn't hear from the installer by Wednesday so I contacted Dan's. I was told I would be contacted that day by 5pm and again was not. When I called back on Thursday I was told that the fan installer was "flaky" and I shouldn't have been told a deadline. The fan installer did call me on that Thursday and then installed on Friday. I was then surprised when the fan installer asked for an additional payment of $120 when I was told by Dan's Fan City at the time of original purchase that my all in price including fans, remotes, install of fans and remotes (with removal of old fans) and taxes were included in what I paid already. However, when I called back to Dan's Fan City my "all in" price was no long "all in". On a positive note I do like the fans I bought, but the service after the sale is poor from my experience.
