Starbucks in Ocoee, Florida

How do you give a place negative stars? How can a branch chain fall from excellent service to terrible in just one visit? Here is how; today I ordered a small americano for myself and a small vannilla bean frappucino for my daughter. My daughter is with me during the weekend and this is her usual drink when she decides she wants one. My americano was average. Its usually hit or miss with them. It should have two shots but that is not regularly the case. My orders are placed via their app so if there is an error then the problem originates with me, or you would think. After drinking three quarters of her vanilla bean frappucino she my daughter began to complain about her throat hurting and chest discomfort which was followed by extreme heart racing and her declaring "I feel like I'm gonna die." My baby girl recently turned five but is intelligent and present so when she states something like that under difficult circumstances she can be taken seriously. Shortly after she vomited all she ate that afternoon as a result of what was served to her at this starbucks. A vanilla bean frappucino is designed without caffeine which I never give to my duaghter. The only unsafe ingredient in there should be the sugar. This is an awful mistake to make on a 5 year olds beverage. We effectively decide what businesses deserve our business and hard earned money by which ones we decide to patronize and while I'm not sure that I will cease drinking starbucks coffee all together I will certainly never buy another cup of coffee or beverage or food item from them again. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone either. I can see past the often terrible customer service which is why I use the app but I cannot see past an error of this magnitude. Right now I only have negative thoughts about this location as is natural when it comes to ones child. In spite of this situation I have been kind with my words but suffice to say i wish this place closes and the individuals that work there to collectively go work somewhere they cannot fail like this. There is no scenario that exist where I will ever go there again.
