Ocoee police officers responded Wednesday, Nov. 2, to the area of Burger King, located at 1745 E. Silver Star Road, in reference to a man who was exposing his sexual organs while masturbating in public, according to police. Upon arrival, the officers made contact and subsequently arrested Michael Scott Knight, 62, a registered violent sexual predator residing in Orange County, police said. According to police, Knight has extensive criminal history involving sex crimes and children under the age of 16.
