OCOEE, Fla. – A longtime ice cream shop in Ocoee is celebrating a big anniversary with a deal for customers on Friday. Customers at Twistee Treat of Ocoee will be able to get small cake, sugar or waffle ice cream cones at the location on Maguire Road for 29 cents in honor of the owners' 29th anniversary. 'When we first purchased the store, our children were 5 and 7 and would help out around the store,' said Royetta Ginther, who has owned the franchise store with her husband, Dennis, since 1994. 'Now their children are all around the same age and are beginning to do the same as their parents and spouses now begin to take over our family business.
